The Association Council is a governing board of the Association. It is elected annually by EGCA members.

陳建軍 會長

陳建軍現在加州社會服務部從事加州政府濟貧計劃的預算規劃工作。 他於1995年畢業於加州大學戴維斯分校，
獲得政治學博士學位。在校期間主修國際關係、美國政府與政治及中國外交政策。
來美前他曾在北京大學獲得國際法和國際關係碩士學位及國際政治學士學位。他喜愛戶外運動、唱歌、藝術及音像技術。
Jianjun is currently working as a research specialist for the California Department of Social Services. He graduated from the
University of California, Davis in 1995 with a Ph.D. degree in Political Science majoring in international relations,
American politics and Chinese foreign policy. He received his Master of Law Degree in international law and international
relations, and his Bachelor of Art degree in world politics from Peking University before coming to the U.S. Jianjun enjoys
sports, singing, arts, as well as audio and video technologies.

梁建華 副會長

梁建華目前在加州教育廳擔任教育研究和評估顧問。 她畢業於加州大學戴維斯分校， 獲得教育博士學位。
她在舊金山州立大學獲計算機碩士學位和教育碩士學位。 來美國之前，建華畢業於上海機械學院(現為上海理工大學)
並在上海工業大學（現為上海大學）任教。在她進入加州教育廳之前，她曾在美國公立學校擔任過教師和教育行政管理長達十九年。
她喜愛園藝、閱讀和旅行。
Jane is an education research and evaluation consultant at the
California Department of Education. She graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2009 with a
Doctoral Degree in Education. Jane received a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in
Education from San Francisco State University. Prior to coming to the United States, Jane completed her
undergraduate study at Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering, now renamed University of Shanghai
for Science and Technology. She also taught at Shanghai University of Technology, now renamed Shanghai
University. Before joining the California Department of education, Jane had worked in public school system
as a teacher and an administrator for more than 19 years. Jane enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.

孫瑪瑞 副會長

孫瑪瑞十六歲考入中國新疆歌舞話劇團。 她在那裡學習表演、聲樂，和舞蹈。
後來她隨丈夫調入廣州，先是從事印刷機的設計工作， 後來去技術科工作，然後調到生產科從事生產調度工作。
1990 年移民美國後，瑪瑞一直供職於沙加緬度凱悅酒店直到不久前退休。
她也曾在沙加緬度中華中文學校執教過六年。 閒遐時瑪瑞喜愛唱歌、旅行和閱讀。
Marui was admitted to Xingjiang Theater in China when she was 16 years old.
She studied acting, vocal and dance. Later, she moved to Guangzhou as her husband was transferred.
She then studied printing mechanics and worked first as a technician, later as a manager at Guangdong's Xinhua Printing Company.
She immigrated to the United States in 1990. She had been a staff member of the Hyatt Hotel in
Sacramento till she retired recently to enjoy her time with grandkids.
She also taught Chinese at Sacramento's Confucius Chinese School for 6 years.
Marui enjoys singing, traveling, and reading in her leisure time.

詹濤現于加州環保署之空氣資源委員會任工程師之職。他在2006年于加州大學河濱
分校獲機械工程博士學位。來美以前，他曾于上海交通大學獲熱能工程學士和碩士
學位。他喜愛旅行、電影、閱讀、運動、唱歌和寵物。
Tao Zhan works as an engineer for the California Air Resources Board of the California
Environmental Protection Agency. He received his Ph.D. degree in mechanical
engineering from the University of California at Riverside in 2006. Prior to coming to
the US, he earned a bachelor degree and a master’s degree, both in thermal engineering,
from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He likes traveling, watching movies, reading, sports,
singing, and pets.

梁寶安現已退休。他是加州圣何塞地區的HK模具設計公司的創始人。他的公司專門為電腦硬盤､光纖和半導体行業設計和制造各種模具､檢測設備､高速金屬衝模､固定裝置和原型。他的愛好包括錦鯉飼養､園藝､攝影和旅游。
Steven Leung is now retired. He was the founder of the HK Tooling & Design Corporation in San Jose, California which specializes in design & manufacture of tooling, testing equipment, high speed metal stamping tooling, fixtures and prototypes for the hard drive, fiber optic and semiconductor industries. His hobbies include Koi fish-raising, gardening, photography and traveling.

黃長志 體育理事

黃長志現於加州資源署任職，目前在加州漁獵管理局，溢漏預防與應急辦公室科研處工作。
主要從事生態毒理學和生態風險評估。他1977年考入華南農業大學，1982年畢業於園藝系。
1983年赴戴維斯加州大學學習，分別於1986年和1991年獲得生態學碩士及博士學位。
業餘時間他愛好乒乓球、旅行、卡拉OK。
Charlie has been with California Resources Agency since 1993. He obtained his Master and Ph.D.
in Ecology from University of California, Davis, U.S.A. In 1982, he graduated from South
China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China, with a major in Horticulture.
Currently, he is working in the Department of Fish and Game, Office of Spill Prevention and
Response, Scientific Branch. His hobbies include table tennis, traveling and Karaoke.

高婷娟目前在加州大學戴維斯分校醫學中心從事科研工作。2002年從中國北京大學畢業後來到美國東部羅切斯特大學攻讀博士學位。
2007年她隨先生唐浴塵從波士頓搬到加州薩克拉門托。
2008年三月拿到博士學位後先在加州政府工作，後回到加大戴維斯醫學中心（UC Davis Medical Center）
從事科研。她喜歡結交朋友，愛好文藝、運動和旅遊。
Ting is a biophysical researcher at the UC Davis Medical Center located in Sacramento.
She came to the University of Rochester after she graduated from Peking University in Beijing,
China in 2002. She moved with her husband Jackie from Boston to Sacramento in 2007. She worked
as a scientist in Department of Hazardous Substances Control for CA government after she
received her Ph.D. Later she decided to go back to school to do research at the UC Davis
Medical Center. She loves to make new friends. Singing, sports and traveling are her favorites.

袁敬目前就職於加州空氣資源委員。他在加州大學河濱分校獲得機械工程博士學位。
赴美前在北京清華大學獲得環境工程碩士學位，並曾在中國氣象局供職。他愛好廣泛，平時喜歡閱讀歷史，軍事類書籍，以及觀看幾乎所有球類比賽。
Jing Yuan currently works at California Air Resources Board. Jing earned his Ph.D. degree in
Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Riverside in 2005. He received his Master
degree in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University, China before coming to the U.S.
He also had 3 years of working experiences at the China Meteorological Administration. His
hobbies include reading historical and military books, and watching almost all sorts of sports
games.
